    To Sleep or not to Sleep?

    We’ve all been there…cramming for that big exam while drinking Red Bulls to get us through one more all-nighter. If Shakespeare was in school now, he’d be asking…to sleep or not to sleep? That is the REAL question.

    A recent study helps answer that question and found that getting some zzz’s may actually improve your memory rather than powering through the night. In some cases, staying up all night can even lead to remembering things incorrectly…something called “false memories.”

    So, next time you have a big project due, make sure to get to bed and get some shuteye. Or you can always start studying earlier. Hmmm…yeah, probably not going to happen. Sweet dreams.
