USA Shipping Information

We ship using the United States Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS).

• UPS Ground Service: 7-10 business days  (FREE on orders over $75!)
• USPS Priority Shipping: 3-5 business days
• UPS Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

Canada Shipping Information

We ship using United States Postal Service (USPS)

• USPS First Class: Time varies depending on where you live
• USPS Priority Class: 8-12 business days

Where do you currently ship?

As we have not yet acquired our international wings yet, shipping is currently limited to the US and Canada only.

How long does it take for an order to be shipped out?

All orders are shipped out within 48 business hours. If there is a complication with your order, you will be notified. Orders will not be shipped during weekends (Saturday and Sunday).

I don’t see my country on your shipping checkout list. Can I still order?

I ordered something overseas and I still haven’t received it. Where is it?

International orders can take from 2 weeks to 2 months. If you have not received the package by 2 months time then contact us and we will do our best to help you find information on it.

Duty and Import Tax for European Orders?

Please be advised that orders going to Great Britain, European Union, Canada, Australia, and elsewhere may be charged import tax. In this case, this import tax is due to your country’s custom and Wingbot will not be able to reimburse you as tax is to be paid by the recipient. The amount of tax charged (if charged at all) may vary due to custom’s sole discretion.
