Shipping Charges, Taxes
Unless stated otherwise, all orders are shipped out from our warehouse in Queens, New York. Customer is responsible for sales and all other taxes, associated with the order, if applied, however designated. Products delivered to New York will be charged for a 8.75% sales tax. Free Shipping deals apply only to USPS Priority Shipping and UPS Ground.

Title, Risk of Loss
Title to products passed from Wingbot to Customer on shipment from Wingbot facility. Wingbot is free of responsibility once the merchandise ordered leaves Wingbot facility. In the case of loss or damage that occurs during shipping, Customer is responsible for any insurance claims.

Product Use, Risk of Damage
Wingbot only sells 100% genuine, brand new, unaltered products sourced directly from original manufacturers or authorized distributors. Wingbot is not liable for loss or damages of any kind arising from the use of products sold from this site including but not limited to consequential, incidental, direct or indirect loss or damages.

Warranties
If you need a copy of the manufacturer's warranty for a product sold by Wingbot.com, please contact the manufacturer or visit their website for more information.

Return Policies
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the itemfor a refund within 30 days. Returns must include a receipt and the items must be in original condition. Once we receive the returned merchandise, we will credit your account within 5 business days. The customer pays the return shipping fees and shipping charges are not included in the refunded price unless the problem was a result of our error.

Sales to End Users Only
The Wingbot Store sells and ships products to end user customers only. You may not purchase for resale. Wingbot reserves the right to refuse or cancel your order if Wingbot suspects you are purchasing for resale.

Indemnity
